We are seeking an Inventory Controller to enhance our Operations team and support our ongoing growth across the UK market. Day-to-day of the role:

• Maintain precise inventory records across warehouse, production, and fulfilment operations.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Implement and refine inventory processes, controls, and best practices to support business scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and third-party logistics providers to address stock-related issues.
• Facilitate new product launches and promotions by ensuring accurate inventory setup and reporting.
• Analyse stock data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate and present regular inventory reports and KPI updates to senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and minimising stock loss.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Inventory Control, Stock Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Capable of investigating, identifying, and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge relationships across diverse teams.
