They are currently expanding their footprint in the UK Public Sector, driven by their Consultants' stellar reputation and pivotal role in initiatives like the Vaccine Deployment Programme. They are seeking a Management Consultant with experience and passion for the public sector to join the centre of excellence team and provide strategic advice and hands-on programme delivery.

Whilst their focus is on bolstering the Public Sector team, they encourage consultants to diversify their industry exposure, and operate a fluid way of working so you can get involved in a variety of projects across both public and private sectors.

Reporting into senior team members, you'll lead specific workstreams on consulting and delivery project, involving;

• Gathering and analysing client data to inform recommended solutions
• Strategizing and executing plans to achieve targeted outcomes
• Mentoring junior consultants and ensuring adherence to the businesses' methodologies
• Cultivating client relationships and securing buy-in to proposed strategies
