Within this Residential Surveyor role you will:
- Conduct property surveys to assess condition, value, and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings.
- Advise stakeholders on property standards and necessary improvements.
- Ensure all inspections meet public sector regulations and guidelines.
- Manage records and documentation related to property assessments.
- Collaborate with other departments to address property-related issues.
- Provide expert advice on property maintenance and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met during property inspections.
Profile
A successful Residential Surveyor should have:
- A recognised qualification in surveying or a related field. MRICS / registered Valuer.
- Be Local or willing to travel to the London Borough to oversee site visits and team meetings when needed.
- Experience in property inspections and preparing detailed reports.
- Knowledge of public sector property regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Offer
- Daily rate: £400-450, dependent on the level of experience.
