Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Charity
Contract: Full-Time (2 1/2 days per week)

A leading charity is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis and modelling across the organisation and its associated charitable entities.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role will lead a small team and provide senior-level financial insight to the Leadership Team, Trustees and Finance/Risk & Audit Committee.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning.
- Develop long-term models covering reserves, cash flow, investment and income planning.
- Provide financial analysis, challenge and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead management reporting and develop dashboards to support decision-making.
- Support investment appraisal, business cases, grants and major projects.
- Coach finance colleagues and budget holders on financial planning and analysis.
- Drive improvements to financial processes, systems and value for money.
Ideal background:
- Qualified accountant.
- Strong FP&A leadership experience within a charity or not-for-profit environment.
- Experience across modelling, scenario planning, budgeting, forecasting and management accounts.
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders, budget holders and Trustees/Board-level audiences.
- Strong Excel, analytical and people-management skills.
