Role: Data Cleansing & CRM MigrationOfficer
Organisation: Membership Organisation (Anonymous)
Salary: £18+ per hour
Location: London / Home Working
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with 4 days remote working per week following an initial office-based induction and weekly office attendance on Tuesdays
Contract Type: Temporary
Duration: Initial 3-month contract (October to January) with potential for extension subject to project requirements

About the Role:

You will play a central role in preparing organisational data for migration from Dynamics to Salesforce. Working across approximately 3,000 museum records, you will help ensure data is complete, accurate, and correctly structured ahead of a significant CRM implementation.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in data quality management, CRM migration, and organisational data architecture while supporting a sector-wide digital transformation initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Review, research, and cleanse approximately 3,000 museum records
• Verify and update key organisational information, including addresses, websites, admissions pricing, ownership structures, and contact details
• Collect, collate, and validate data from multiple sources and spreadsheets
• Analyse large datasets and identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information
• Use Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to support data review and analysis
• Support the creation of organisational hierarchies within a new CRM system
• Prepare and validate records for migration to Salesforce
• Maintain exceptional levels of accuracy through detailed data checking
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure project objectives and deadlines are achieved

About You We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with large datasets and databases
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Confidence carrying out detailed online research and data verification
• Experience in data cleansing, CRM administration, data migration, or database management
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work independently
• Experience with Dynamics and/or Salesforce (desirable)
• Knowledge of the museums, heritage, arts, or membership sectors (beneficial but not essential)
