What you’ll be doing

As a Team Leader / Operational Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading and developing your team while supporting wider operational goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team
  • Leading a high-performing team through an exciting period of change and growth
  • Building problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capability across the department
  • Managing day-to-day team performance while supporting longer-term strategic goals
  • Acting as a cross-functional liaison and sharing expertise across key areas of the business
  • Establishing team goals and working with direct reports to execute plans, measure progress and share results
  • Supporting projects involving analysis, industry research and strategy development
  • Working with cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve processes and develop scalable solutions
  • Identifying actionable insights and making recommendations that influence team strategy
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advocating for users and helping develop solutions that improve the overall user experience

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a confident, proactive leader who can bring energy, structure and focus to a busy operational environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Significant experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Trust and safety experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant people management experience
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding user experience
  • The ability to motivate, coach and develop others
  • Confidence working with cross-functional teams and influencing positive outcomes
