What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a productive learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
• Keeping students engaged, focused, and motivated throughout the day
• Supporting pupils as required to help them achieve their best
• Following school safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
• Providing clear and concise feedback to teaching staff

What We're Looking For

• Recent experience working in UK schools or classrooms
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A positive, adaptable, and professional approach
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
