Qualified Nursery Practitioner

About the Role

Beyond Education Recruitment is looking for Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team and work across local nurseries on a temporary, flexible basis.

Whether you're looking for a few days a week, regular temporary work, or extra hours around your existing commitments, our flexible roles allow you to choose when and where you work.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of welcoming nursery settings, supporting children aged 0-5 years and helping them learn, develop and have fun in a safe and stimulating environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities
• Helping with everyday routines including feeding, nappy changing, toileting and sleep routines
• Supporting indoor and outdoor activities
• Following safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies
• Working as part of the nursery team and adapting to different settings and routines
• Using your knowledge and experience to provide outstanding care and support

What We're Looking For

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
• Experience working with children aged 0-5
• A genuine passion for childcare and supporting children's development
• Reliable, responsible and professional
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• A positive and adaptable attitude
• A valid Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
