Candidate requirements:
Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience within middle or senior leadership
Strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes

Excellent communication, strategic thinking and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional educational experiences
Commitment to inclusive education and student success
Must have the right to work in the UK
