Night Aerospace 4 on 4 off 19.00-07.00am

This is a 4 on, 4 off night shift role, working 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. The successful candidate will have previous import and export experience and be confident managing Arospace shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent operational support
• Take ownership of customer service delivery and operational requirements.
• Follow up and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner.
• Complete import and export customs entries from start to finish.
• Coordinate and manage time-critical express shipments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up existing business through telephone calls.
• Prepare and provide customer quotations.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in import and export operations is essential.
• Experience completing customs entries from start to finish.
• Experience using BoxTop and ASM software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
