We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant who enjoys practical work, takes pride in getting the details right and likes being part of a friendly, supportive team.

Based at our St Albans warehouse, you'll help prepare customer orders, check products and keep everything organised. Whether you're checking a pair of shoes or adding the finishing touches to an accessory, your care will help every parcel arrive in excellent condition.

Full time and part time opportunities are available, with Monday to Friday working.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully picking, checking and packing customer orders.
• Using warehouse management systems to process orders and update records.
• Checking products for quality before packing and dispatch.
• Completing minor finishing work, including replacing crystals when needed.
• Preparing labels and organising parcels for collection.
• Reporting damaged items, shortages and stock discrepancies.
• Supporting stock handling, goods movement and general warehouse duties.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and safe.
• Following established procedures and sharing ideas to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll bring

Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, fulfilment or dispatch role is essential.

We're looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in accurate work and notices the little details.
• Is confident using warehouse management systems.
• Can use basic Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Follows processes carefully and stays organised when things get busy.
• Is reliable, punctual and comfortable with practical, hands-on duties.
• Communicates clearly and enjoys supporting colleagues.
• Can reliably travel to AL2 2DR within approximately 30 minutes.

An interest in fashion, footwear or accessories would be welcome, but isn't essential. Relevant experience and a careful approach matter most.
