We are recruiting for two Warehouse Operatives to join a highly successful international business with a reputation for quality, innovation and exceptional customer service.

The Role
As a Distribution Centre Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, storing and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process stock movements.
- Conducting inventory checks and maintaining high levels of stock accuracy.
- Preparing customer orders for dispatch and ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Loading vehicles safely in line with operational procedures.
- Operating warehouse equipment and automated systems where trained.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards.
- Meeting productivity, quality and accuracy targets.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse operation.
- Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous warehouse or distribution centre experience.
- Works well within a team and communicates effectively.
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work.
- Can follow processes and work instructions accurately.
- Is reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Thrives in a busy operational environment.
- Is comfortable using technology and warehouse systems.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Desirable Experience
- Experience using RF scanners.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP.
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience.
- Experience working with automated warehouse technology.
- Stock control or inventory management experience.
