Youth Participation and Campaign Worker

We're delighted to be recruiting a Youth Participation and Campaign Worker to join us at Just for Kids Law (JfKL). This exciting new post sits within the Policy and Campaigns Team and will support the delivery of a five-year youth-led campaign. In this role, you'll work alongside young people who have lived experience of policing - empowering them to use their voices to change how the police interact with children.

Lived experience is so important to everything we do here at JfKL. That's why young people aren't just part of this recruitment process, they're helping to lead it. From shaping the job description and co-producing interview questions to sitting on the panel and having a say on who we hire, their voices impact everything we do.

Role Summary

Contract term: Full time

Location: Based at EC1 Offices, 338 City Road, London EC1V 2PY with hybrid working offered.

Hours: 1.0 FTE (37 hours per week)

Salary: £34,541 to £39,475 depending on experience
