An excellent specialist SEN school in Redbridge is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join their team as a Learning Support Assistant ASAP.

This Learning Support Assistant role would be ideal for a Psychology Graduate looking to gain practical experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs.

You will gain firsthand experience working with pupils with Autism, communication difficulties, learning difficulties and additional needs while developing a strong understanding of SEN, child development and different approaches to supporting pupils.
