Interim Oracle Retail Business AnalystStart ASAPInitial 6 Month contractDay rate: £400-600 per day Outside IR35 We're supporting a major retail transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Business Analyst to support the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Retail solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements across Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
• Facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis against Oracle Retail best practice and OOTB functionality.
• Work with Oracle architects and delivery teams to validate solution design.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover and business readiness activities.
