Charity People is delighted to be partnering with the British Society for Haematology (BSH) to recruit for their new Governance and Executive Officer.
The British Society for Haematology (BSH) is a leading UK professional membership organisation dedicated to advancing the study and practice of haematology. Supporting nearly 4,000 members across the UK and internationally, BSH plays a vital role in improving patient care through clinical guidelines, education, research support and professional networking.
As the Society continues to evolve, this newly-created role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape and strengthen governance processes while supporting the Chief Executive and Board. Joining a friendly, collaborative and ambitious team, you'll play a key role in helping BSH deliver its strategic objectives and continued growth.

About the Role
This is a varied position combining governance coordination with executive support. You'll take ownership of key governance activities while helping to build and improve systems, processes and ways of working across the organisation.

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused professional who can confidently manage competing priorities and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
You'll bring:
Experience with digital board management platforms, Monday or Miro would be advantageous, but not essential.
