Outdoor Nursery Manager - Full-Time 4d week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, confident and passionate hands-on nursery manager (the role isn't office based, the nursery manager is expected to be close to the team on the ground) to take ownership leading a busy well-established outdoor nursery that puts nature, wellbeing, and child-led learning and growth first.

The Outdoor Nursery Manager Role

As nursery manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the outdoor nursery, including:

• Day-to-day leadership and management of the outdoor nursery
• Managing, mentoring, and motivating the nursery team
• Ensuring high-quality EYFS delivery within an outdoor nursery setting
• Maintaining excellent safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted compliance
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers
• Supporting staff development, retention, and wellbeing

What We're Looking For in an Outdoor Nursery Manager

• Previous experience as a nursery manager in a busy setting
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• A genuine passion for outdoor learning and outdoor nursery practice
• Confident leadership and excellent organisational skills
• A driver (this is essential)
