Reeson Education is recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for nursery and early years opportunities across Waltham Forest. The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will support children's development through purposeful play, responsive interaction and safe, consistent routines. Setting locations vary across the borough and will be confirmed for each placement.

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Role

• Location: Waltham Forest
• Pay: £14.25-£16.65 per hour
• Start: Immediate
• Setting: Nurseries and early years settings
• Qualification: Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification essential

Responsibilities

• The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will prepare and support age-appropriate learning-through-play activities.
• Promote communication and language through stories, conversation and play.
• A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will encourage personal, social, emotional and physical development.
• The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will contribute to observations of children's interests, development and next steps.
• Support appropriate daily care and nursery routines.
• The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will maintain safe, stimulating and well-organised learning spaces.

What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification is essential.
• Previous Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, nursery, preschool or EYFS experience.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and early child development.
• Warm, observant, reliable and confident working as part of an early years team.
