Your Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and learning for children aged 2-5 in a primary school nursery.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
• Act as a key person, supporting children's individual needs, development and wellbeing.
• Observe and assess children's progress, identifying appropriate next steps.
• Promote children's independence, confidence and positive relationships.
• Ensure children's safety, safeguarding and wellbeing at all times.
• Build positive relationships with families and work closely with the wider school team.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
