About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive healthcare team in Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified therapist looking to make a positive impact on individuals' independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess service users' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Support individuals in achieving greater independence in daily activities.
• Recommend and arrange appropriate equipment and adaptations.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and their families.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with professional standards.
• Monitor and review progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• HCPC registration.
• Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and legislation.
