Job Description

This role supports Heathrow to deliver practical change across people, process and technology. Working within the Process, Change and Readiness team, you will shape and deliver change activity that helps Heathrow operate smoothly and meet its future needs. The role focuses on turning plans into workable outcomes, ensuring change is understood, embedded and delivering benefit across the airport environment.

Your role will involve
  • Deliver business change activity that supports operational, process and technology improvements.
  • Coordinate change delivery across multiple teams, partners and suppliers.
  • Support the integration of new solutions into day to day operations.
  • Identify causes of operational issues and help design practical improvements.
  • Track progress, outcomes and benefits using clear and accessible reporting.
These skills are essential
  • Experience supporting or delivering business change within projects or programmes.
  • Ability to plan, track and organise work across multiple activities.
  • Clear communication skills, with experience working across varied stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to use data and information to inform decisions and improvements.
  • Experience working with cross functional or virtual teams.
  • Flexible approach to changing priorities and business needs.

Desirable

  • Experience in business change or project delivery approaches (for example Prosci or APM).
  • Understanding of passenger or operational environments.
