Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Location: Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1NS
Reports to: Head Chef
Shifts: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, shift times vary
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. At Ashridge House we cater to a wide range of dining experiences from banqueting to barbequing. We pride ourselves on using local, seasonal and sustainable produce whilst working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role will suit a self-motivated chef who has experience in banqueting in a high-volume kitchen.
Responsibilities Include
Produce high quality food to recipe requirements
Quality control of each dish in both execution and presentation
Contribute ideas for new menus
Maintain high levels of hygiene within the Kitchen
Clearly communicate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service delivery
Candidate Profile
Banqueting experience in a high-volume kitchen
Experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen
High level of hygiene and cleanliness
Must be able to commute to Ashridge House
