JOB DETAILS
Winning bids are not just about compliance. They are about insight, strategy, influence and storytelling.
At Apogee, we are looking for an experienced Bid Strategist to play a key role in shaping and securing some of our most important opportunities. This is an opportunity for an accomplished bid professional to move beyond bid coordination and become a strategic partner to sales, operational leaders and executive stakeholders, driving better qualification decisions, stronger win strategies and more compelling customer-focused submissions.
As a Bid Strategist, you will lead and support a range of strategic, complex and framework opportunities, helping to maximise win probability through robust qualification, customer insight, competitive positioning and compelling proposal development.
You will work across the entire bid lifecycle, partnering with colleagues from sales, operations, finance and leadership teams to develop winning strategies, create persuasive content and ensure high-quality submissions.
You will also act as a recognised subject matter expert, helping to develop bidding capability across the organisation through coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.
