Job Description
We're looking for two Operational Delivery Leads to help us deliver priority process improvement initiatives as part of as part of our Fundraising, Marketing and Communications (FMC) Process Redesign programme This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving how our fundraising teams work helping to simplify processes, strengthen collaboration and create more time for teams to focus on supporter relationships and income generation.
This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of work that will make a step-change difference in how we fundraise at Marie Curie. You'll help accelerate workflows, embed better ways of working and support teams to deliver meaningful improvement across our fundraising operations.

You'll be someone who is confident working independently, managing a varied workload and bringing structure to complex pieces of work. You'll need strong process improvement skills, excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence others, build relationships and keep momentum moving.
