This Director- Technology M&A role leads complex transaction programmes across the full deal lifecycle within the Technology M&A Advisory sector. The Director - Technology M&A will combine client leadership, business development and delivery excellence to support growth in London and across international markets.

Our Client is a leading international advisory organisation experiencing significant growth within its Technology M&A Advisory practice. Supporting corporate and private equity investors across transactions, the business delivers expertise spanning technology due diligence, integration, separation, operating model design, digital transformation, cyber security, cloud and technology strategy. Based in London, the team partners with senior stakeholders to deliver value throughout the deal lifecycle across multiple sectors and geographies.

Description

Lead Technology M&A engagements across due diligence, integration and separation programmes

Manage complex transaction projects from strategy through execution

Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and investment stakeholders

Identify business development opportunities and convert them into new engagements

Lead proposal development and support growth within the Technology M&A Advisory market

Provide strategic advice on technology operating models, cloud, digital and cyber initiatives

Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams

Ensure delivery quality, commercial performance and risk management standards

Profile

A successful Director-Technology M&A should have:

Significant experience delivering Technology M&A programmes within consulting

Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle and technology considerations Expertise in technology due diligence, integrations and separations

Proven ability to lead large, complex client engagements

Strong commercial acumen with business development experience

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Knowledge of technology strategy, cloud, cyber security and operating models Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced advisory environment

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £120,000 to £160,000.
