Warehouse Operative/ FLT driverMonday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)£13.59 per hourCroydon- CR0Temporary with potential to be made permanent after 12 successful weeks Start Date: ASAP Our client based in Croydon is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse and yard environment, supporting daily operations while delivering excellent service to trade customers.Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods in and out of the warehouse and yard
• Picking and preparing materials ready for loading and delivery
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and yard
• Carrying out stock counts and supporting inventory control
• Serving trade customers at the trade counter
• Completing general warehouse and yard duties
• Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence essential
• Previous warehouse or yard experience preferred
• Good organisational and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Candidates should ideally live locally to the Croydon area
• Available to start immediately
