Sales Consultant – Your Way – Home/Field Based – Central London

Up to £40,500 with fantastic bonuses, company car (or travel allowance) & home-based contract & excellent company benefits 

We are expanding!  and have several opportunities spanning across the Central London remit.

Here at Brakes, we have ambitious growth plans and are continuing to expand on our bespoke and successful offering called ‘Your Way’ within our Independent Sales business.

As a Your Way Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your very own dedicated neighbourhood of just one square mile.

You’ll solely be responsible for the success of your own local neighbourhood by researching your target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood. You will build and leverage strong customer relationships with your local neighbourhood and community by constant selling, face to face meetings and understanding the customer needs. You will onboard new customers effectively and successfully whilst ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and tracking activity using salesforce. You’ll work closely with your distribution partner/driver for your neighbourhood to create a strong team for the community, whilst delivering profitable volume growth and hitting targets. You will monitor competitor market activity and proposition  to ensure we are offering our customers the best solutions and insight.

We are looking for someone to win new business but also maximise sales through our existing customers. It would be great if you came from a  Field Sales/ Account Management background and be commercially astute, technically proficient in excel and have experience building and maintaining relationships. Not to mention, you must have a passion for sales!
