The Lord's Taverners exists to positively impact the lives of young people facing the challenges of inequality. Through inclusive and transformative cricket programmes, we empower young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities across the UK and beyond.

We are now seeking an energetic team player to join the People and Programmes directorate. You will play a collaborative role in strengthening how data is collected, governed, analysed and communicated. This is a fixed term contract until 30 September 2027 and is available as an immediate start for the right candidate.

The Role

The Data and Insight Co-ordinator will enable Lord's Taverners to make confident, evidence-led decisions by transforming programme and organisational data into meaningful insight; developing accessible reporting and dashboards; and work across teams and delivery partners to improve data quality, demonstrate impact and support continuous improvement, sustainable growth and strategic priorities.

About You

You will be an organised, proactive and people focused individual who enjoys supporting others, producing accurate records and has a keen eye for detail. You'll bring strong communication skills, confidence managing key information, and a positive, can do approach to working as part of a busy team.

You will bring:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data administration and ability to produce high-quality outputs.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data management systems and strong numerical skills.

  • Strong data digital technology capability (preferable Upshot and Power BI) with growing adoption of AI capabilities

  • Ability to design effective and easily interpreted data dashboards.

  • Ability to train others in an easy to understand and engaging environment.

  • Ability to understand and interpret data problems and find and implement solutions.

  • Understanding of data governance practices and policies.

Interview Process

First Stage (Online)

The first stage will take place online and will last 45 minutes in total. The session will include:

  • 20-minute (max) task/activity

  • 25-minute debrief and questions with the hiring managers

Second Stage (In Person)

Shortlisted candidates who progress to second stage will be invited to a 60-minute in person interview, comprising:

  • 45 minutes of competency-based questions

  • 15 minutes for further conversation about the role

Interview questions will be shared with shortlisted candidates in advance to support preparation.
