As Head of Maths, you will lead the strategic development of the department, support and develop teaching staff, and drive outstanding outcomes across Key Stages 3 and 4. • Lead and manage the Maths department across KS3 and KS4

• Drive attainment, progress, and curriculum development

• Monitor teaching standards and support staff development

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong track record of successful Maths teaching

• Previous leadership or departmental responsibility desirable

• Ability to inspire both students and colleagues

• Excellent subject knowledge and curriculum understanding

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for all learners
