Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing charity on a fantastic Direct Marketing Officer role lasting 3 months . This position involves developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to engage and grow supporter bases, contributing to the organisation's fundraising and awareness objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement direct marketing campaigns across various channels, including mail, email, and digital platforms.
• Analyse supporter data to personalise communications and optimise engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, producing reports to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with organisational goals.
• Manage budgets and timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Maintain supporter databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Identify opportunities to increase supporter retention and acquisition through innovative marketing approaches.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in direct marketing, preferably within the charity or nonprofit sector.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using supporter or customer data to inform marketing strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Competent in using digital marketing tools, email platforms, and CRM systems.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

What's on Offer
Day rate: £132.29 : £114.07 + £18.31 daily holiday (yearly salary equivalent: £28,000)
