Are you a confident communicator with a genuine interest in sport? We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join a fun, friendly and supportive business who can offer real career growth.

You'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries by phone and email, understanding customer needs, providing advice, processing applications and supporting customers throughout their journey. The role also includes an element of sales, with monthly and annual bonuses available based on personal and company performance.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous customer service, sales or administration experience is desirable
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Quick to learn new systems and processes
• An interest in sport is desirable
