Role Overview

The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic children's charity to recruit a Corporate & Community Fundraising Manager. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to drive income growth across corporate and community fundraising, develop high-value partnerships, and lead a small, high-performing team.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering fundraising targets, developing new business opportunities, strengthening supporter relationships, and ensuring excellent stewardship across a diverse portfolio of corporate and community supporters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver the corporate and community fundraising programme, driving income growth and achieving agreed fundraising targets.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate partners, community groups, and fundraising prospects, securing new and repeat support.
  • Build strong relationships with supporters, providing outstanding stewardship, engagement opportunities, and impact reporting.
  • Monitor fundraising performance, budgets, and KPIs, using data and insight to inform decision-making and improve results.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of fundraisers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in corporate fundraising, partnership development, sales, business development, or another income-generating environment.
  • Demonstrable success in building and managing stakeholder relationships, securing support, and delivering against financial targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence a range of audiences.
  • Experience of managing, mentoring, or developing colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Commercially minded, highly organised, and confident using CRM systems and fundraising data to drive performance.

What's on Offer
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Location: Leatherhead, 4 Days Per Week In Office
Contract: Permanent
