Location - Burghfield Common (candidate will most likely need to drive - parking available)
Role Purpose: - Provide administrative support to ensure smooth charity operations.
Based 100% on-site - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Maintain records and update databases.
- Assist with invoices and basic finance tasks.
- Support events and fundraising activities.
- Order office supplies and manage stock.
Skills Required:
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Previous admin experience (charity sector desirable)
