Optical Assistant - Full Time Independent Practice South West London Up to £28,000 DOE

They're now looking for an experienced Optical Assistant who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a close-knit team, and wants to be involved in more than just the day-to-day routine.

The Role

• Full-time, permanent position
• Weekend availability required
• Dispensing high-quality eyewear with a strong focus on patient experience
• Supporting patients with tailored frame and lens choices
• Handling a varied patient base with professionalism and patience
• Playing an active role in the smooth running of the practice
• Supporting social media and local marketing activity
• Bringing ideas to the table - this is a place where your input is genuinely valued

The Practice

This is a modern, independent practice offering a premium service with advanced clinical capabilities, including OCT, retinal imaging, corneal topography, and myopia management.

You'll be working with a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly - no conveyor belt, no corner cutting. Just good, honest optics done the right way.

They've also curated a strong selection of luxury eyewear, so if you enjoy working with quality products and styling patients properly, you'll feel right at home.
