Operations Manager

We are looking for a strategic, innovative and compassionate Operations Manager to lead the development and delivery of emotional support groups, therapeutic groupwork programmes and co-production activity within our Safe Horizons London Domestic Abuse Partnership.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape survivor-centred services across London, ensuring domestic abuse survivors can access high-quality, trauma-informed support that reflects their diverse needs, experiences and cultural contexts. Working alongside twelve specialist partner organisations, you will help create and deliver innovative recovery-focused support that empowers survivors to rebuild confidence, improve wellbeing and move forward after abuse.

You will champion co-production, ensuring survivor voices remain at the heart of service development, while driving excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement across the partnership

This role is full-time and based across London with hybrid working arrangements. We offer flexible hybrid working, with a minimum expectation of one day per week in the office, balancing flexibility with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and partners. Travel may be required across London boroughs, with occasional travel across England and Wales to attend meetings, learning events and partnership forums.

About the role

As Operations Manager, Recovery & Co-production Services you will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of a London-wide programme of emotional support groups, therapeutic interventions and recovery workshops for survivors of domestic abuse. Working across the Safe Horizons partnership, you will design and oversee innovative, trauma-informed services that support recovery, wellbeing and empowerment for survivors from London's diverse communities.

Working closely with partner organisations, survivors, staff and volunteers, you will ensure services are accessible, responsive and evidence-based. You will use co-production, performance data and survivor feedback to drive service development, monitor quality and deliver positive outcomes. As a member of the Safe Horizons leadership team, you will build strong partnerships and represent Victim Support and the partnership at meetings and forums across London.

About You

We're looking for an experienced and collaborative leader with a strong understanding of domestic abuse, trauma-informed practice and partnership working. You'll have experience managing services, leading teams and using performance information to drive service improvement and deliver positive outcomes for survivors.

You will be confident developing relationships with a range of stakeholders and partners, championing co-production and ensuring lived experience informs service design and delivery. Experience of therapeutic, psychosocial or group-based interventions and working with survivors of domestic abuse or other vulnerable groups would be highly advantageous.
