Day-to-day of the role:

• Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring that pre-set work is delivered effectively.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teachers on lessons and student progress.
• Adhere to school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills and confidence in leading classes independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with young people.
• A reliable, resilient, and professional approach to work.
