Description

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for healthcare construction projects.
• Provide advice on procurement strategies and contract management.
• Monitor project progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimise project efficiency.
• Prepare tender documents and manage the tendering process.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including NHS and healthcare guidelines.
• Lead on final account settlements and post-project reviews.

Profile

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

• Professional qualifications such as MRICS or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, particularly in healthcare and life sciences projects.
• Experience in construction project delivery within the healthcare sector, including NHS projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in preparing cost estimates and financial reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
