Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Leadership Development Team (particularly the Programme Coordinator), the Archdeacons' Support Officer plays a key role in ensuring archdeacons are well supported in their ministry. The post holder, as the Executive Officer of the College, will help coordinate the effective running of the College of Archdeacons, including meetings, events and communications, while contributing to the delivery of induction programmes for new archdeacons and supporting ongoing ministerial development for members of the College.
Operations & Communications
Administer the College budget on behalf of the College Executive
Programme Delivery & Development
Facilitate the ongoing review and improvement of programmes, including gathering and analysing feedback and evaluation data to enable continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
Build effective working relationships with the College Executive, diocesan and national teams to enable collaboration and representation of Archdeacons in key initiatives and forums.
