Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating geography lessons that inspire curiosity about the world.
- Support students' academic progress while encouraging critical thinking and environmental awareness.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and enhance student engagement.
- Assess and record students' progress, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching materials and participate in departmental activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in geography with solid subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to professional development.
- Basic classroom management skills to create a conducive learning environment.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education are preferred but not essential.
