Remote Client Compliance Consultant

OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance professional to support our nationwide client base. This role combines remote work with regular face-to-face client visits and focuses on ensuring high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency across the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Onboarding

  • Complete an initial three-month training programme, primarily home-based.
  • Conduct twice-weekly in-person visits to client sites during the training period.
  • Shadow senior team members to understand compliance standards, processes, and quality expectations.

  • Client Engagement
  • Engage with clients-including senior and top management-to ask targeted questions about any issues, challenges, or compliance concerns.
  • Build strong professional relationships to ensure a trusted and credible compliance presence.

  • Compliance Activities
  • Conduct compliance reviews using structured checklists, documenting findings clearly and accurately.
  • Prepare written notes, reports, and follow-up actions after each client visit.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying compliance risks and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure client operations adhere to internal standards and external regulations.

  • Quality Assurance
  • Contribute to the organisation's Quality & Compliance function by reviewing processes and ensuring consistent application of policies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to help enhance compliance frameworks and documentation.

  • Travel Requirements
  • UK-wide travel is required as part of the role.
  • Some overnight stays will be necessary depending on client locations and scheduling.
