Job Title: Behaviour and Learning Mentor
Location: Baston House School, Bromley, Kent, BR2 7AB
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday-Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Salary: £27.000.00 per annum (not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only
Start: October 2026

You'll play a key part in supporting learners who may experience barriers to behaviour, learning, communication, or engagement. Working closely with education and care teams, you'll help create a safe, positive environment where people can thrive.

About Us
Baston House School is an independent day specialist school in Bromley, Kent, supporting children and young people aged 5-19 with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and associated needs. The school provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where pupils are fully included in all aspects of school life. Our focus is on developing academic skills, social understanding, emotional wellbeing, and independence, enabling each pupil to achieve positive outcomes and prepare for their next steps. For over 19 years, Options Autism has provided specialist care and education for children, young people, and adults with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.
