Literacy Mentor and Reading Support Assistant

Pay Scale: ME5 (FTE £29,436) - Full or part-time, term time only

The Literacy team at Raynes Park High School are seeking to appoint a Literacy Mentor and Reading Support Assistant to join our expanding team and help raise the profile of literacy, promote a love of reading and to help improve the reading ability of our students, especially our weakest readers. We are looking forward to appointing an inspiring individual who will continue the outstanding support for the students and contribute to the development of the department.

The ideal candidate would also be committed to continued professional development through the many opportunities offered by the school.

Raynes Park High School is a vibrant, student-focused 11 - 19 secondary school rated "Good" by Ofsted in November 2024.
