The Head of Maths will lead curriculum development, ensure high-quality teaching and raise attainment across the department. The Head of Maths will support staff development, while the Head of Maths contributes to whole-school improvement. The Head of Maths will ensure consistency in teaching, and the Head of Maths will drive strategic departmental success.

Essential requirement:
