We're recruiting for a Business Analyst to join us on an 18-month fixed term contract who will lead, coordinate, and deliver analysis activities across the Information Security and Technology Experience Programme, these include our Identity Governance and Data Centre Migration Projects.
Key deliverables through this contract include:
Working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the programme, the processes, and the change management to leverage new capabilities.
Working arrangements
Please note this is an 18-month fixed term contract.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
About you
With previous experience of working within a Business Analyst role, you'll have previous experience of working within large organisations, able to implement change, and working with PRINCE2 and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
To be successful in this role you'll also have the following experience and attributes:
An effective team player, able to support colleagues, suppliers and partners to deliver successful business change, you'll be a strong problem solver, able to take a methodical and analytical approach.
You'll also have excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and be comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders and focusing on generating the most value for the BHF.
