M365 Migration Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced M365 Migration Project Manager to lead data and endpoint migrations within a large-scale, international tenant-consolidation programme. You will oversee Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business migrations using Microsoft's native cross-tenant migration tools, alongside Windows endpoint migrations using Quest OnDemand AD.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end migration planning and delivery, aligning user, data and device migration waves, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate technical specialists, migration delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure readiness, effective communications and controlled cutovers.
• Drive resolution of migration issues and blockers, coordinating post-migration validation and transition into hypercare and operational support.
• Maintain clear governance, risk and issue management, delivery assurance and progress reporting to programme leadership.

About you

You will have a proven track record of managing M365 tenant-to-tenant and endpoint migration projects, with experience overseeingMicrosoft-native cross-tenant migrations for Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business, and Quest OnDemand AD migrations for Windows devices.

A strong understanding of Intune-managed environments, excellent stakeholder management and experience coordinating distributed technical teams are essential.

This is a delivery-focused project management role rather than a hands-on engineering position.

This role is mainly remote with the occasional visist to the office in London
