Commercial Surveyor

Reed Specialist Recruitment Location: Raynes Park, London (Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office) Salary: £40,000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for Reed's internal property function.

Our Director of Property is looking to add a member to his growing property function based out of its Raynes Park, London office. We are seeking a talented Commercial Surveyor with experience in commercial property management or surveying to join the team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone currently working towards their APC / MRICS, with outstanding professional support and exposure to leading industry consultancies.

The Role:

• Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio - approx. 60 offices
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and managing agents
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, compliance and health & safety matters
• Assisting with service charge budgets and reconciliations
• Supporting inspections, lease events and asset management initiatives
• Working closely with senior stakeholders and external property consultants

About You:

• Background in commercial property management or property surveying
• Good working knowledge of leases, service charges and statutory compliance
• Actively working towards APC / MRICS, or with clear intent to do so
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
