Job Requirements/Description
Ready for a challenge?

Then Just Eat might be the place for you. We're a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience.

Whether it's a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.

About this role

As Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will provide the independent analytical layer behind every major planning decision across our global supply chain. This is not an operational planning role - it's strategic and project-focused, centred on validation, performance analytics, reporting, and process improvement.

You'll build and maintain dashboards in Anaplan and AI tools that power our key planning and performance meetings, work closely with the Demand Planning Analyst to build the monthly performance narrative, and deep dive into the drivers behind underperformance by product category and by market - covering packaging, equipment, marketing goods, and devices.

The function influences approximately €40m annual spend. Your analysis will directly inform decisions that protect courier equipment availability, ensure device availability for restaurant partner launches, and safeguard the supply chain's contribution to business growth.

These are some of the key components to the position:
  • Independent validation: Review critical forecasts, inventory plans and major proposals. Escalate risks, keep plans data-led and lead root cause analysis.

  • Performance dashboards: Lead AI innovation across the supply chain. Build and maintain dashboards using our ERP system and AI tools.

  • Planning system partnership: Work with internal stakeholders to keep the planning environment as the single source of truth, brief in requirements, validate data integrity and shape new data views and outputs.

  • Deep dive analysis: Investigate what's driving performance by country, product and stakeholder. Surface root causes behind forecast misses, consumption variances and inventory deviations, and track overstock and slow movers.

  • Monthly review and storytelling: Partner with the supply planning team to build a clear, action-driving narrative for monthly performance and execution reviews. Support key stakeholder meetings with easy-to-digest data showing performance against KPIs.

  • Stakeholder bridge: Translate supply chain methodology and performance into language that Finance, Marketing, Operations and country teams can act on.

  • Process improvement and AI: Own monthly and quarterly reporting and lead initiatives that cut manual workload, increase automation and improve data quality across planning systems and AI tool integration.

What will you bring to the team?
  • Experience: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field. 3+ years in supply chain analytics, planning, or a closely related analytical role.

  • Analytical Rigour: Ability to interrogate large datasets, identify root causes - not surface-level reporting - and present findings clearly.

  • Anaplan & Dashboards: Experience with supply chain planning systems (Anaplan preferred). Track record of building performance reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

  • Data & Tools: Advanced Excel. Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for business analytics is a plus.

  • Storytelling: Can turn complex supply chain data into a clear narrative that non-experts can follow and act on. Knows their audience and tailors accordingly.

  • Independent Challenger: Willing to provide objective, data-led challenge to planning decisions. Proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just observations.

  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management principles. MCIPS/CIPS qualification is desirable.
