Doing Good Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with In Your Corner to find their next Clinical Lead (Maternity Cover)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist with leadership experience to join an award-winning youth mental health charity as Clinical Lead on a 9-12 month maternity cover contract.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide clinical leadership, governance oversight, and supervision across a growing organisation that is transforming the lives of vulnerable young people across London.
In Your Corner
In Your Corner is ambitious charity entering an exciting period of growth and development as it continues to raise its profile within the youth mental health sector.
For more than seven years, the organisation has delivered innovative, evidence-based psychological interventions alongside non-contact boxing programmes designed to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of some of London's most vulnerable young people.
Their unique group intervention model brings together accredited boxing coaches and clinical psychology professionals to engage young people who may be struggling with their emotional wellbeing and who often face barriers to accessing traditional therapeutic support.
As a small, agile and pioneering charity, In Your Corner is committed to developing practice-based evidence and creating meaningful, lasting change for young people and their families.
About the Role
The Clinical Lead plays a pivotal role within the organisation, holding responsibility for clinical governance, risk management, and clinical decision-making.
Working predominantly remotely, with some travel across Inner London project locations, you will lead and support a dedicated team of clinical specialists and Honorary Assistant Psychologists delivering In Your Corner's innovative interventions.
