Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing administration and coordination for Transport and Logistics.
- Responsible for maintaining driver compliance and maintenance records while liaising with depots, drivers, agencies and internal teams to ensure the efficient movement and utilisation of vehicles across regional depots.
- Responsible for booking agency drivers, arranging travel, accommodation, coordinating vehicle movements and maintaining accurate records across systems.
- Monitor and report transport-related costs, including leasing, agency, travel and fuel expenditure and reducing unnecessary costs where feasible.
- The Transport and Logistics Administrator will support invoice reconciliation and provide regular updates to the Team.
- You will be highly organised, proactive and detail orientated.
- You must have strong administrative and communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams and ideally have experience with transport, fleet or job management software
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines, maintain accurate records, track costs and produce clear reports.
- Flexible approach to working hours, a commitment to high standards of service, and a willingness to continually improve processes would be desirable.
Operating on a rotating shift basis between 7:00am and 8:00pm which includes some weekend work.
