Full-time £35,000-£42,000 DOE

An established independent optical and hearing care group is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its busy community-focused practices in Addlestone.

This is an opportunity for a qualified Dispensing Optician who enjoys combining commercial leadership with outstanding patient care. You'll take ownership of branch performance, support and develop your team, and help drive continued growth within a well-respected independent business.

The role:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a small practice team

• Drive branch performance and commercial success

• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from start to finish

• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

• Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies

• Ensure high clinical and operational standards are maintained

What they're looking for:

• Qualified Dispensing Optician

• GOC registered

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

• Commercially aware with strong leadership skills

• Passionate about customer service and team development

• Positive, proactive, and confident communicator
